Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vosa Learning LLC (“Vosa”), we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all new individual subscriptions, regardless of whether you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly via our website.
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across different purchase channels.
1. iOS (Apple App Store) Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple.

Refunds must be requested directly from Apple via their support site: Request a refund from Apple.

Vosa’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies, but refunds will be processed by Apple. We will support you in making your request if needed.
2. Android (Google Play Store) Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google.

3. Direct Web Purchases (Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased directly at vosalearning.com are billed through Stripe on behalf of Vosa Learning LLC.

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing support@vosalearning.com. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

After the initial 30-day period, all refunds are at Vosa’s discretion unless required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Vosa account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Corporate & Institutional Clients (Mercury Invoicing)

If your access to Vosa is provided by your employer or another organization, payment terms and refund rights are governed by Vosa’s agreement with that organization.

Generally, payments are invoiced and collected via ACH or card through Mercury. Refunds are not provided to individual employees; any disputes or cancellations must be handled through your employer or program administrator.
5. Ongoing Renewals & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated, individual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel at any time:

App Store / Play Store: through your store account settings.

Web (Stripe): through your Vosa account settings.

Cancellation stops future charges, but does not retroactively refund past payments except as described above.
