Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vosa mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”), provided by Vosa Learning LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Vosa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

 

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vosa.

 

 

1. Overview

 

Vosa is an AI-powered language coaching platform that provides personalized practice, feedback, recommendations, and other features to support language learning. Certain features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Vosa.

  • If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • By using Vosa, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

 

3. Accounts

 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

 

4. Subscriptions & Payments

 

Payment Channels

  • iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store): Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed directly through the respective store. Refunds and cancellations must follow that store’s procedures, though Vosa will honor its 30-day satisfaction guarantee by supporting you in submitting a request.

  • Web (direct purchase at vosalearning.com): Subscriptions purchased directly from our website are billed by Vosa Learning LLC or its authorized payment processor. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund directly from us by contacting support@vosalearning.com.

  • Employer or Institutional Access: If your access to Vosa is provided by your employer or another organization under a separate agreement, payment terms, renewal, and cancellation will be governed by that organization’s contract with Vosa. Please contact your employer or program administrator with questions.


Renewal

  • Unless otherwise stated, individual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.

  • ​You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings (for iOS/Android) or your Vosa account settings (for web). Employer-provided access may end when your employment or eligibility ends.

 

Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with Vosa within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

  • For purchases via iOS/Android, refunds are processed by Apple or Google. For direct web purchases, refunds are handled by Vosa.

  • After the initial 30-day period, refunds are governed by the policies of the payment channel used (App Store, Play Store, Vosa direct), except where required by law.
     

Price Changes

  • We may change subscription fees with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal unless you cancel. Institutional pricing is governed by separate agreements.

 

 

5. Use of the App

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

  • Circumvent any security or payment features.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content (including text, design, graphics, software, and trademarks) belong to Vosa Learning LLC or its licensors. You receive only a limited license to use the App as described in these Terms.

 

 

7. Feedback

 

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them freely without obligation to compensate you.

 

 

8. Disclaimers

 

  • The App and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes.

  • Refund Remedy: Your sole monetary remedy for dissatisfaction is a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 30-day satisfaction guarantee where applicable.

  • If your access is provided by an employer or institution, additional terms of that organization’s contract with Vosa may apply.

  • Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, Vosa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vosa Learning LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

 

 

10. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

 

 

11. Governing Law & Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

 

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
